The hotel's architecture was stunning, and the lobby, bar, and pool were all beautifully designed. Our room was stylishly decorated and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We also had a great view from our window. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. this place exceeded our expectations and we had one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had in the United States.

The rooms, while in need of remodeling, still managed to capture the elegance of a bygone era. The rates were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the history and ambiance of the place. The staff, particularly Will at the front desk and the outgoing young man at the bar, were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Despite the external appearance of the hotel and some minor drawbacks like the closed restaurant and lack of cafe patrons, I believe it's worth the experience to stay here. It's a true gem that deserves to be appreciated and preserved. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a taste of old-time El Paso and a truly unique stay.
